- Frozen Bananas

- Peanut Butter
How to Make:
- Freeze peeled bananas after they ripen ahead of time.
- Break frozen banana into the blender.
- Add Medjool Dates (3) after you remove the pit.
- Add Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (low calories).
- Grind in a blender until smooth.
- Once the ingredients are blended Amar – your date shake is ready to serve and enjoy.
